🧠Team Management

A Serie A Round is spread across the entire weekend and sometimes beyond. For this reason, each Kickest Round is divided into one or more Turns (T1, T2, T3, etc.), each corresponding to a group of matches played on a specific day.

Between one Turn and the next, you can continue managing your team by adjusting your lineup based on the results already achieved and the players who have not yet played.

🔄 No Automatic Substitutions

On Kickest, substitutions are always manual.

If a starting player does not play or earns a score that does not satisfy you, you decide whether to replace them or keep them in your lineup.

For this reason, it is important to build a balanced bench and strategically distribute your players across the different Turn of the Round.

⏱️ What You Can Do Between Turns

Between the final match of one Turn and the start of the next one, you can:

  • replace a starting player with a bench player, as long as the substitute has not played yet;

  • change your Captain by selecting a player who has not yet played;

  • change your formation, provided it remains compatible with the players still available.

All changes must be completed before the start of the next Turn.

Until that moment, changes can be freely cancelled or modified.

Don’t worry — it’s much easier than it sounds.

💡 Example

Imagine a Round divided into three Turns.

During T1 (Friday), your starting forward plays and finishes the match with 6 FPT (Fantasy Points).

On your bench, you have another forward who will play during T2 (Saturday).

Before the first match of T2 begins, you can decide whether to:

  • keep the forward who already scored 6 FPT;

  • or replace him with the player who has not played yet, hoping for a better performance.

Always keep an eye on the Turns (T) when building your squad and setting your lineup for the Round.

🪑 Bench

When you make a substitution:

  • the player entering your lineup receives the score earned in their match;

  • the replaced player is removed from the lineup and their score no longer counts.

At the end of the Round, your team score is calculated exclusively from:

  • the 11 players in your starting lineup;

  • your coach.

👑 Captain

The Captain’s score is multiplied by 1.5.

You can change your Captain between Turns, as long as the new player selected has not played yet.

As with substitutions, this change must be confirmed before the start of the next Turn.
