# Transfer Market

The transfer market in **Private Leagues** is fully managed by the League Administrator.

During league creation, the administrator decides **when** and **how many** transfer windows will be available throughout the season.

There is no maximum number of transfer windows. Each one can have its own opening and closing dates, giving every league complete flexibility.

Alternatively, the market can remain **open at all times**, allowing managers to negotiate transfers throughout the season.

### 🤝 Deals Between Managers

Transfers do not take place by buying players from a central market.

Instead, managers negotiate directly with one another.

A deal can include:

* one or more player swaps;
* player swaps combined with a **credit compensation**;
* credit-only exchanges, if agreed by the managers involved.

Every proposal must be accepted by the receiving manager before the transfer is completed.

### ⚙️ Complete Flexibility

Because transfer windows are fully customizable, every league can choose the level of realism and strategy that best fits its group.

For example, you can create:

* a single transfer window during the season;
* one transfer window after every Round;
* transfer windows only during international breaks;
* or keep the market permanently open for continuous negotiations.

This allows every league to recreate its preferred fantasy football rules, from the most traditional format to completely custom competitions.
